History
Launched in 2009 by The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, SPW was founded to create a forum for women of all generations, industries and management levels to connect with one another, build leadership skills and support the region’s non-profits. SPW’s membership has grown to more than 4,000 and has been regularly ranked as the largest women’s networking organization in the region by Philadelphia Business Journal.

To accelerate the advancement and expand the influence of women leaders of all professions and generations, strengthen our business community, and support the region’s non-profit organizations.
