Women Helping Women Mentorship
Women Helping Women
Mentorship that builds meaningful connections and lasting relationships
This peer mentoring program brings together women across generations and professional backgrounds in supportive, confidential circles where they share experiences, exchange insights, and learn from one another. Through guidance from peers, seasoned professionals, and guest experts, participants gain practical advice, new perspectives, and tools to support their growth and leadership journey.
The Main Line Society of Professional Women (SPW)’s Women Helping Women (WHW) Peer Mentoring Program is a unique opportunity to develop future leaders in a confidential and intimate forum that allows for the free exchange of lessons learned from experience, first‐hand advice from today’s leaders, and discussions around topics that will accelerate women’s full potential in the workplace. We encourage you to nominate one candidate from your company for our consideration who meets the requirements below and would benefit from involvement in the program.
SPW’s Women Helping Women Peer Mentoring Program Will:
Cultivate relationships while advancing professionals through relevant discussions.
Develop future leaders through mentorship and professional development, which will, in turn, strengthen the community.
Instructions For The Nominating Company:
1. Review the SPW Mentee Requirements and identify a nominee within your own company who fits the description.
2. Provide your prospective nominee with the 2026 Mentee Application and ask them to complete it and return it to you.
3. Confirm that the nominee’s submission fits the requirements.

The cost for mentees who are accepted into the program is $500 for SPW sponsor companies and $750 for non-SPW sponsor companies (includes food and beverage at each session).
