Vibha Agrawal
Executive Director / Society of Professional Women
Vibha Agrawal believes strongly in the power of connection—and in what happens when women lift one another up. As Executive Director of The Society of Professional Women (SPW), she leads Greater Philadelphia’s largest professional women’s network, bringing together more than 4,500 women and allies to connect, learn, mentor, and grow.
With more than 20 years of experience in communications, corporate leadership, and nonprofit work, Vibha has built her career around bringing people and ideas together. She has led communications and reputation initiatives for global companies including AT&T, Comcast, IKON Office Solutions, and Agere Systems, and has worked internationally in Hong Kong, London, and India.
Today, she is especially passionate about creating opportunities for women at every stage of their careers—from mentoring and leadership development to helping young women see what’s possible for their futures. She also leads community impact and philanthropic initiatives through the Main Line Chamber Foundation and is actively involved in organizations advancing women, volunteerism, and social impact across Greater Philadelphia.
Vibha’s own journey has shaped the way she leads. A proud mother, community builder, and two-time cancer warrior, she brings resilience, optimism, and a genuine belief in the power of people to everything she does. Her favorite kind of success? Helping someone else find theirs.
