Network with the region’s leaders, and hear from renowned keynote speakers including visionaries, executives and celebrities. A non-profit organization is featured at each event, sharing its mission and needs, while receiving donations and financial support from SPW sponsors and attendees.

These informal, interactive educational lunch programs feature varied topics worth discussing. The sessions encourage collaboration and participation among the attendees and presenters. Attendees take advantage of invaluable networking opportunities before and after the presentation.
Women Helping Women
Mentorship that builds real relationships.
This peer mentoring program connects women of all backgrounds in a supportive, confidential forum. Small, interactive circles share insights and challenges, allowing participants to gain real-world lessons, peer guidance, and leadership advice to accelerate professional growth.
No Limits Leadership
Confidence + leadership development
This program connects students with accomplished leaders through mentorship and career exploration. Featuring engaging panel discussions and breakout sessions, it empowers participants with actionable strategies for success, from college students exploring internships to middle schoolers building confidence through industry exposure. Each experience features dynamic speakers who share personal journeys, practical advice, and actionable strategies to help the next generation thrive.
