This peer mentoring program is a unique opportunity for women of all generations and professional backgrounds to come together in a supportive, confidential, and intimate forum. Through small, interactive mentoring circles of up to 18 nominated mentees, participants share experiences, insights, and challenges while receiving personalized guidance from peers, seasoned professionals, and guest experts. The program empowers women to exchange real-world lessons, gain first-hand advice from today’s leaders, and explore topics that accelerate professional growth and unlock their full potential in the workplace.
