The truth is, when we’re careless about controlling our word choices, tone and story, we don’t get the outcomes we desire. In this talk, Tami shared how to edit your verbal and written communications to limit apologizing, avoid making false assumptions, stop oversharing with distracting backstory, and replace wishes with clear asks. Attendees increased their awareness of how and what they communicate, helping them gain credibility and achieve results. They also took away power tips for outstanding communication.
